A new Dr. STONE sequel anime titled Dr. STONE TERRAFORMING is officially in production. The project will continue the story after the conclusion of the TV anime , which premiered its series finale on June 25, 2026.

“Thank you to everyone watching STONE FES. 2026! The Dr. STONE anime actually made it all the way to the final chapter of the original manga. I was deeply moved. And yet, somehow! There’s still more…!! It wasn’t a lie! After all, Senku and the others’ scientific adventure was still continuing. Actually, that kind of lie is more than welcome! You can even say this finale event being the finale was a lie too! So everyone, please watch over Senku and the others’ science for just a little while longer. This is insanely exhilarating!!”
