CAPCOM unveiled a new trailer during this year's gamescom Opening Night Live event on Tuesday for Mega Man: Dual Override , a new game in its Mega Man series, and it introduces the new character Twinkle Girl as well as returning character Protoman. The video also previews gameplay and reveals a new skin themed after Mega Man and Roll for Hugh and Diana in CAPCOM 's Pragmata game .
The Screen Actors Guild–American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) union issued an order in March to its members to withhold services from Mega Man: Dual Override after the producer "failed to initiate the signatory process."
Voice actor Ben Diskin announced on Bluesky that he would no longer voice the character of Mega Man. He said he was asked to reprise the character for the new game "only on the condition I work without the protections of a union contract."
