Privacy Policy

Most of our apps do not require an account or ask you to give us personal information. Where an app stores your data — game progress, watchlists, settings, credentials — it is kept only on your device unless a section below says otherwise, and it is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Where data does leave an app, it is generally to serve ads, understand anonymous usage, deliver notifications, or fetch content — through the third-party services listed in section 5. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not operate our own tracking servers.

Different apps use different services. This table summarizes what each app relies on; the sections that follow explain each in plain language.

Stored on your device (not sent to us)

Depending on the app: your settings and preferences, game progress (levels, scores, coins, streaks, unlocked items), watch history and lists, watchlists and portfolios, and — for NEPSE Hub — your MeroShare credentials (encrypted using your device’s hardware keystore). This information stays on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Collected automatically by our service providers

• Advertising data — advertising identifiers (e.g. Google Advertising ID), device information (model, OS version, language, coarse region), IP address and ad-interaction data, used to serve and measure ads in the apps that show them.
• Anonymous analytics — for apps that use Google Analytics for Firebase: aggregate, non-identifying usage (screens viewed, features used, crashes) and a device-generated app-instance ID. This does not identify you personally.
• Push token — for apps that send notifications: a Firebase Cloud Messaging device token, used only to deliver the notifications you allow.
• Log data — if an app crashes, our providers may record diagnostic log data (such as device type, OS version and the time of the error) to help us fix problems.

We do not collect your name, contacts, photos, calendar, or precise location. The one exception to “no account” is the Noon Anime apps, which may offer an optional account — if you create one, the email address you provide is used only to operate that account.

Our apps rely on the following third parties. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data it processes:

Some apps handle data in ways worth calling out. This is in addition to the common practices above.

• Mugen Anime

  Indexes third-party streams (hosts no video); optional offline downloads stored on your device.

• Mugen Pro

  Indexes third-party streams (hosts no video); includes anime wallpapers; watch history and settings stay on your device.

• Noon Anime

  Indexes third-party streams (hosts no video); an optional account with email may be offered.

• Noon Anime (Multi Language)

  Indexes third-party streams (hosts no video); an optional account with email may be offered.

• Noonflix

  Indexes third-party streams (hosts no video). All history and lists stay on your device — no ads, no analytics.

• NEPSE Hub

  MeroShare credentials, portfolio and watchlist are encrypted and stored only on your device. Independent app — not affiliated with NEPSE, CDSC or MeroShare.

• Guitar Tuner

  Uses the microphone only to detect pitch on-device in real time; audio is never recorded, stored or transmitted.

• Tappy Dash

  Progress and settings stored only on your device. Rewarded ads are always optional.

• Word Bloom

  Progress stored on your device; optional in-app purchases handled by Google Play Billing (we never see your card details).

Streaming apps (Mugen Anime, Noon Anime, Noon Anime Multi Language, Noonflix) do not host any video. They index and link to content hosted by third-party services; when you play a title, requests go to those services, which have their own privacy policies and can see standard network information such as your IP address.

Apps that show ads use Google AdMob or Unity Ads. Where required (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), a consent prompt is shown the first time you open the app, letting you choose between personalized and non-personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy options inside the app, or limit ad personalization at the device level (Reset advertising ID / Opt out of Ads Personalization on Android). Where apps offer rewarded ads, they are always optional and never play without your tap.

With your permission, some apps send push notifications — for example new-episode alerts (anime apps) or a daily-reward reminder (games) — via Firebase Cloud Messaging. NEPSE Hub’s IPO and price reminders are local notifications generated on your device. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device’s notification settings.

• Internet — to load content, stream, fetch data, and (where applicable) show ads.
• Microphone (Guitar Tuner only) — to detect the pitch of the note you play, processed on-device and never recorded.
• Notifications (optional) — to deliver the alerts described in section 8.
• Storage / media (optional) — to download episodes for offline viewing (anime apps) or set a profile image (NEPSE Hub).

Our apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data stored on your device remains until you uninstall the app or clear its data. NEPSE Hub credentials are encrypted at rest using the Android Keystore, and network calls use HTTPS/TLS. Data handled by our providers (ads, analytics, push) is retained per their own policies. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we and our providers use industry-standard safeguards.

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Because we store little to no personal data on our own servers, you can exercise the main controls directly:

• Change ad consent: Settings → Privacy options in the app.
• Turn off notifications: your device notification settings.
• Reset or opt out of your advertising ID: your device settings.
• Delete local data: uninstalling the app removes it.
• Delete an optional Noon Anime account: email us and we will remove it.

For any other request, contact us using section 14.

We may update this policy from time to time as our apps evolve. Material changes are reflected by the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Please review it periodically.
